About Us
Beyond the Backstreets is operated by Mai Thao, who has been working in tourism industry with these specific activities since 2015. After 2 years of Covid pandemic, the former company was close so Mai decided to open a new company to continue doing what she loves, to share with people from all over the world the stories, the memories, the activities.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to connect travellers with local craftsman/artist who are talented and willing to share their skill with people from all over the world, and by doing this we bring fun and unique memories to travellers in Vietnam while giving an effort to save the beautiful culture that is in risk of disappearing in Vietnam
What we do
We offer a collection of unique tours and experiences such as knife making, calligraphy class, coffee tour for coffee lovers, or a fear factor challenge for adventurous people to try “scary food”, etc. Book a tour with us and immerse in a different and unique way of traveling.
